The Sixteen Sleeper Mirage is a 15x56ft. Houseboat with a pontoon substructure. The cabin is the full width of the boat creating a spacious living area with the comfort of Central Air and Heat. The Interior is finished in a light maple and soothing blue tone fabrics. There are 3 Staterooms with Double Beds, 2 Private Lofts with Double Beds, accessed by a Stairwell and one Secret Cuddy with a Double Bed. The Dining Booth converts to a Double Bed as well as the "L" shaped Sofa. (8 doubles, Sleeping 16) Each of the bedrooms has a Fan, Mirror, Reading Light and Storage Space. The two Rear Staterooms have private entrances from the Rear Deck.
There are two full Bathrooms equipped with Sink, Vanity, Mirror, Toilet and Glass Enclosed Showers. The Kitchen is designed to feel like your own with Stainless Steel Appliances including a Full sized Side by Side Refrigerator/Freezer w/Ice Maker, Full Range with Oven, a Microwave, Dishwasher, Trash Compactor, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, a deep Stainless Steel Sink, a large kitchen Island and beautiful Cabinetry for storage. We provide quality utensils to prepare and serve your meals with ease and grace. We go to great lengths to provide you with all the comforts of home.
The lounge is luxuriously furnished with Direct/Indirect Lighting, a Gas Fireplace, an Entertainment Center with self tracking satellite TV, which offers premium channels and satellite radio and DVD players. There are large windows and mirrors that create a more spacious feeling. There is a Depth Finder at the Helm and a sliding glass door that leads to the front deck and the outdoor Gas Barbecue. There are two stairways to take you to the rooftop, one on the front deck and one on the rear. Also on the rear deck there is an Outdoor Shower and Swim Ladder. The Rooftop is designed for relaxation and for driving in comfort under the Biminis. There is a Stereo w/CD, an eight person Hot Tub, Wet Bar, Swim Slide and plenty of space for sunbathing on the Penthouse.
